As a facilitator, I don’t deliver one-size-fits-all workshops or tick-the-box sessions. Instead, I create engaging, interactive spaces where theory meets action, where tools and strategies are immediately practical, and where every participant leaves with insights that shift their perspective and results.

Self-Leadership Is My Philosophy

Self-leadership is the practice of intentionally influencing your thinking, feeling, and behaviours to achieve your objectives. It involves taking responsibility for your actions and outcomes, setting personal goals, and using strategies to motivate and guide yourself toward achieving these goals. By developing your self-awareness, self-regulation, and sense of self, you can effectively navigate challenges, inspire others, and achieve anything you put your mind to.

Self-leadership is the foundation of success in the workplace. People who effectively lead themselves create more opportunities to be impactful. They demonstrate a proactive approach to their work, taking initiative to innovate and solve problems, which not only benefits their own growth but also contributes significantly to team and organisational success.

  • Introducing "The Focused Series" – a transformative 3-month workplace coaching program designed to empower you with the tools and strategies for exceptional Self-Leadership. Through a blend of personalised coaching sessions and practical exercises, you will learn invaluable skills in goal setting and overcoming perceived/real obstacles, all while fostering a proactive and empowered mindset.

  • Pre-Coaching Questionnaire: A pre-coaching questionnaire that helps you to begin to understand yourself better and identify your potential coaching goal areas.

  • Discovery Call: This is a 30 minute call for us to connect ahead of the coaching series commencing and identify potential areas in which you might like to set goals in. It is a great opportunity for us to meet and begin to build our relationship - ensuring we are the right fit for one another.

  • Six X 75 Minute Sessions: Over 3 months, we will meet fortnightly on Zoom for 6 X 75 minute sessions.

  • Unlimited In-Between Support: That’s right, unlimited in-between session support! When I say I walk with you through this journey, I really mean it. You can reach out to me via email or a dedicated App for guidance, celebration, or whenever you feel “stuck”. I'm committed to keeping you in momentum, including outside of sessions!

  • Unlock your potential with "The Extended Series" – an immersive 6-month Self-Leadership workplace coaching program. Ideal for those who favour a more extended interval between sessions, you will take you on a deep and rich journey of transformation. This comprehensive series combines personalised coaching sessions with practical strategies and tools to help you step into your highest self yet.

Without the weight of workplace hierarchies or pre-existing team dynamics, a skilled facilitator can ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and guide discussions in a way that leads to clarity, alignment, and actionable next steps.
