Leadership Got Beige

We’ve been told for so long now what “good leadership” looks like. A list of characteristics, skills and experiences.

Like leadership is something you do - not who you are.

I define a leader as someone whose presence has impact. That is it.

And THAT comes in many different shapes and forms. In colour.

We’ve been told to “lead like this” - resulting in us conforming, chameleon-ing and becoming cookie cutter leaders with no soul.

Right now, we’re losing the battle to beige leadership. The kind of leadership that plays it safe, stays in the lines and forgets the human at the heart of it all.

The world doesn’t need more polished performers. It needs women who are willing to lead as their full, flawed, brilliant selves.

So when I say The LeadHERship Project™ is for women who want to lead differently... I mean women who are done performing and ready to show up embodied.

This experience unfolds in six transformative parts - one focus per month.

These aren’t your typical leadership topics. Because you’re not a typical leader.

Here's WHAT WE WORK THROUGH:

PART ONE: GROUNDED

Who you are is how you lead - and that's what makes your leadership style unique.

We begin by stripping things back to what truly matters: you. In this module, you’ll anchor into your leadership identity - your values, strengths, purpose, and the inner compass that guides how you show up. Because without clarity on who you are, it’s too easy to lead from obligation or performance + the extra time and energy wasted pretending to be someone else!

We’ll cover:

- Identifying and anchoring into your core values (understanding how these influence your thoughts, behaviours & actions)

- Uncovering your unique leadership strengths through a Clifton Strengths Top 5 Assessment Report

- Understanding what it truly means to be a purpose-led leader

- Self-reflection tools to get out of autopilot and into aligned action

PART TWO: CONNECT

Relational intelligence & the language of others.

Leadership doesn’t happen in isolation - and communication is everything. This module focuses on building relational intelligence through the DiSC® framework and practical strategies to adapt your leadership based on the people around you. It’s about leading people better by understanding how they tick - and of course, how you do too!

We’ll cover:

- Introduction to DiSC® behavioural styles and profiles (you’ll receive a full personalised Workplace Manager profile)

- Reading the room: social awareness and adaptive leadership

- Navigating tension and difficult conversations with empathy

- Building inclusive, high-trust, high-respect environments

PART THREE: SPEAK

Own your voice. Deliver with impact.

You’ve got something to say - this module helps you say it powerfully. Whether you’re speaking in a meeting, on a stage, or one-on-one, this module gives you the tools to craft compelling messages and deliver them with clarity, presence, and impact. Plus, the mindset to do so (approximately 75% of people experience some level of fear or anxiety when it comes to public speaking!).

We’ll cover:

- Understanding your communication style and voice to enhance your natural presence

- Crafting powerful narratives and storytelling techniques

- Confidence-building tools for speaking under pressure

- Presentation presence, delivery and pacing strategies

PART FOUR: STEADY

Regulate your energy. Strengthen your mindset.

This is your inner game. Because leadership is demanding, and you need tools that support your nervous system, mindset, and overall capacity. This module is your toolkit for calm, resilience, and confidence - even when things feel shaky.

We’ll cover:

- Energy management techniques to avoid burnout and stay grounded

- Understanding and navigating things like pesky imposter complex and self-doubt

- Somatic strategies for nervous system regulation

- Building psychological flexibility and mental stamina

PART FIVE: PERMISSION

Leading from self-trust, vulnerability and personal truth.

Inspired by Kemi Nekvapil’s book POWER and Brené Brown’s book Dare to Lead™, this module is an invitation to lead from within - not from performance, people-pleasing or protection. It’s about reclaiming your voice, setting boundaries, and building the kind of leadership rooted in truth, trust, and full permission.

We’ll cover:

- We'll take a look at where you are giving your power away and where you can step even more into it

- Building and restoring trust without having to ask people to "trust you"

- Letting go of old protections and choosing vulnerability with intention

- Personal boundaries, inner authority and embodied confidence

part six: embody

Turn knowing into being. This is the full-circle moment.

Everything we’ve explored over the six months together - now lived, embodied, and integrated. You’ll take your insights and turn them into real-world aligned action, closing the gap between theory and transformation. Because let’s be honest, six months is a long time and it’ll be important for us to go back and reflect.

We’ll cover:

- Integration rituals + reflection practices

- Embodiment work to anchor sustainable leadership habits

- Designing your leadership legacy + roadmap for the next evolution

- How to keep the momentum going beyond the container

  • This is NOT a marketing tactic - spots are limited. Why? Because intimacy matters. I cap enrolment so every woman inside gets the time, energy, and attention she deserves. This isn’t a passive, scroll-when-you-can program - it’s an immersive experience, and I’m in it with you. If you’re an organisation enrolling leaders, you’re absolutely welcome to enrol multiple women per round. The cap isn’t one-per-org - it’s to protect the vibe, not limit the impact

  • Learning periods are indicative - they give you a clear rhythm to expect, without locking us into rigid timelines a year in advance. Call dates (especially those further in the future) will be confirmed as we get closer, so we can plan around real life and honour that we’re human

  • All calls are recorded if you can’t make it live and we absolutely consider public holidays, school breaks and natural pause points (like a breather over Christmas/New Year) when scheduling where possible and relevant to do so. This isn’t about more hustle - it’s about sustainable, soulful leadership that works with your life, not against it. Mine included

How long is the program?

Six months of full-spectrum leadership magic - one powerful focus per month, plus community, tools, and coaching all the way through.

When does it start?

Next round "SUMMER '26" kicks off 23 January 2026 - are you in? If not, reach out to join the waitlist (multiple run per annum).

How much does it cost?

$1,597 + GST. Yup, that includes the full six-month experience plus your DiSC profile + CliftonStrengths report.

Is it live or self-paced?

Both! Each month includes a live masterclass + connection call (recorded if you can't make it), and your core content is self-paced so you can move through it in real life (not rush mode).

How much time do I need to commit?

Around 4/5 hours a month (plus 90 minute live call) is plenty to show up, absorb, and integrate. This is designed to fit your life, not take it over.

Will I get access to Sarah?

100%. You’ll have me live once a month on our call and in the portal in-between.

Can organisations enrol multiple leaders?

Absolutely. There’s no cap per org - you’re welcome to enrol multiple women into the same round.

Why is it just for women?

Because I believe in creating spaces where women lead without shrinking, shape-shifting, or translating themselves. We need more leadership that looks and feels like us. To be clear - this is for women and those that identify as a woman. Diversity and inclusion is VERY important to me.

How do I enrol?

Easy.
