We’ve been told to “lead like this” - resulting in us conforming, chameleon-ing and becoming cookie cutter leaders with no soul. I know ... reading that might be like a punch to the face (because of its truth).
Right now, we’re losing the battle to beige leadership. The kind of leadership that plays it safe, stays in the lines and forgets the human at the heart of it all.

Leadership doesn’t happen in isolation - and communication is everything. It’s about leading people better by understanding how they tick - and of course, how you do too!

Inspired by Kemi Nekvapil’s book POWER and Brené Brown’s book Dare to Lead™, this module is an invitation to lead from within - not from performance, people-pleasing or protection. It’s about reclaiming your voice, setting boundaries, and building the kind of leadership rooted in truth, trust, and full permission.

Learning periods are indicative - they give you a clear rhythm to expect, without locking us into rigid timelines a year in advance. Call dates (especially those further in the future) will be confirmed as we get closer, so we can plan around real life and honour that we’re human.
All calls are recorded if you can’t make it live, and we absolutely consider public holidays, school breaks, and natural pause points (like a breather over Christmas/New Year).
