Navigating motherhood, mental health challenges, and a severe health anxiety diagnosis.

Living with chronic stress and learning what it actually takes to care for yourself.

Learning to navigate the world with ADHD whilst also parenting a child with it.

I know what it’s like to live as the polite, palatable, people-pleasing version of yourself and I know the cost: shrinking, dimming and silencing the parts of you that actually make you magnetic.
