YOU'RE NOT STUCK IN YOUR CAREER.

BUT YOU MIGHT BE STUCK IN YOUR HEAD.

You’re capable.

Trusted.

Known for delivering.

You’re the one people rely on when things need to get done.

And yet when you think about the next level, something feels just slightly out of reach.

Not because you lack ability.

But because you’re still trying to figure out how to step into it.

My 1:1 coaching is designed for corporate women in middle management who want to feel ready BEFORE the next opportunity even arises.

YOU KNOW YOU'RE CAPABLE OF MORE.

The bigger role.
The stretch opportunity.
Greater influence in the room.

But right now you’re somewhere

in the middle.

Doing well in your current role… while quietly wondering how you move from

being good at your job to being seen as someone ready for what’s next.

Maybe you notice yourself:

  • Overthinking decisions long after they’re made

  • Replaying conversations in your head

  • Holding back in meetings when you actually have something to say

  • Adjusting how you show up depending on who’s in the room

  • Working harder instead of being more visible

  • Hoping the right people eventually recognise your potential

From the outside, everything looks like it’s on track.

But inside, you know there’s a gap between where you are and the leader

you’re becoming.

Most women assume closing that gap requires:

more experience
more qualifications
more time

But after more than a decade working inside corporate HR and leadership development - including sitting in succession planning conversations - I’ve seen something different.

The women who step into bigger roles aren’t always the most experienced.

They’re the ones who have clarity about who they are as leaders and the confidence to show up accordingly.

They’ve stopped trying to prove themselves.

And started positioning themselves.

DOES ANY OF THIS FEEL TOO FAMILIAR?

You walk out of meetings replaying everything you said… and everything you wish you’d said.

You spend hours thinking about work long after the day has ended.

You know you’re capable of more - but you can’t quite see the path from where you are to where you want to be.

You’re known as the reliable one.
The one who always delivers.
The one people trust to make things work.

But sometimes you wonder if being so good at what you do is quietly keeping you where you are.

You find yourself adjusting how you show up depending on who’s in the room.

Reading the dynamics.
Trying to land things the “right” way.

It works.

But it’s exhausting.

You say you’re ready for the next opportunity… yet there’s still a part of you that questions whether you truly are.

You watch other people step forward with certainty and think “I know I could do that".

And then almost immediately another voice appears ...

“But what if I’m not actually ready yet?”

And the frustrating part is… none of this is about your capability.

You’re intelligent.
Experienced.
Respected.

But when you spend most of your time inside your head, questioning every move and managing how you’re perceived…

It becomes very difficult to show up as the leader you’re actually becoming.

So you stay busy.
You keep delivering.
You keep supporting everyone else.

All while quietly feeling like there is more for you than this.

WHAT IF THIS DIDN'T HAVE TO FEEL SO HARD?

What if you stopped questioning yourself after every meeting?

What if you trusted your judgement instead of replaying every decision in your head?

What if you walked into leadership spaces feeling grounded in who you are and the value you bring?

What if using your voice in the rooms that matter felt natural - not something you had to psych yourself up for?

What if you didn’t feel the need to manage how you were perceived quite so carefully?

What if the next opportunity didn’t feel intimidating…

because you already felt ready for it?

IMAGINE WHEN THIS BECOMES YOUR NEW NORMAL ...

You stop second-guessing every move.

You contribute your perspective in conversations without overthinking how it will land.

You no longer feel like you need to perform or shape-shift depending on who’s in the room.

You trust your instincts.

You make decisions with clarity.

You back yourself.

Instead of hoping people recognise your potential… they start experiencing it.

Senior leaders begin to see you differently.

Your voice carries more weight.

Your presence in the room feels more grounded and certain.

You’re still known for delivering great work - but now you’re also recognised for your thinking, perspective and leadership.

Opportunities start opening.

Stretch projects.
Leadership conversations.

The kinds of moments that move careers forward.

Not because you’re working harder than before.

But because you’re showing up as the leader you already have the potential to be.

And perhaps most importantly…

Work no longer lives in your head 24/7.

You leave the day feeling clearer.

More settled.

More certain about where you’re going.

You’re no longer stuck between ambition and self-doubt.

You’re actively building the next chapter of your career.

Because when you trust yourself fully…

You stop waiting to feel ready.

And start leading like you already are.

WORK WITH ME

6 MONTHS 1:1 COACHING EXPERIENCE

From capable but stuck → to confident, visible and ready for your next-level leadership.

This work isn’t about giving you a checklist to follow or another framework to master.

It’s about creating the space, clarity and confidence for you to step fully into the leader you already know you’re capable of being.

Over six months, we work together in a deep, personalised coaching partnership designed to help you move from capable but stuck… to confident, visible and ready for what’s next.

This isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about helping you own who you are, how you lead and the value you bring so that the opportunities you want start to feel not just possible - but inevitable.

IMAGINE SIX MONTHS FROM NOW ...

  • You trust your instincts instead of overthinking every decision.

  • You speak up in meetings with confidence, even in high-stakes spaces.

  • You’re no longer performing to fit the room - you’re showing up authentically.

  • Your value is recognised and opportunities begin landing at your feet.

  • You’re clear on your next-level goals and the steps to get there.

  • You’re managing your energy, boundaries and workload without burning out.

This isn’t about hoping you’re ready. This is about knowing it - and acting on it.

HOW IT WORKS

This is a six-month, 1:1 coaching experience.

We meet for six 90-minute coaching sessions, one each month. These longer sessions give us the space to explore what’s really going on, challenge the thinking that might be holding you back and create practical steps you can immediately apply in your role.

At the start of our work together, you will set three powerful goals - one in each of the core areas that shape how women show up and succeed in leadership.

These three pillars guide our work together.

  • 6 x 90-minute 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom

  • Unlimited in-between session support via Voxer

  • Reflection exercises, templates and practical tools

  • Accountability and support every step of the way

THE THREE PILLARS OF OUR WORK TOGETHER

Everything starts here.

You might be incredibly capable on paper, but if self-doubt, overthinking, or the pressure to prove yourself is running quietly in the background, it will shape how you show up every day.

In this pillar, we explore the mindset patterns influencing your leadership - whether that’s confidence, imposter complex, fear of visibility, people-pleasing, perfectionism or constantly second-guessing yourself.

Together we strengthen your self-trust, confidence and internal authority so you can lead with clarity rather than hesitation.

This pillar focuses on how you show up and lead in your current role, and how you begin stepping into the leader you want to become. We explore your leadership identity - your values, strengths, and the kind of leader you want to be known as.

You might focus on things like strengthening your voice in meetings, navigating difficult conversations, leading your team with more confidence, or stepping more fully into influence and decision-making.

The goal is to help you lead with intention, presence and authenticity, not performance or thinking you have to do leadership like others.

Whether you realise it or not, you already have a personal brand.

It’s the perception people have of you, the reputation you build over time, and the value people associate with your name.

In this pillar, we focus on gaining clarity on where you want your career to actually go and how you want to be known as a leader, then strengthening the key elements of your personal brand that most overlook - trust, credibility and visibility.

Because when your brand is clear and intentional, people don’t just see the work you do - they recognise the leader you are becoming.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

Corporate woman in middle management this experience is for you if:

  • You know you’re capable of more but feel stuck between where you are and what’s next

  • You find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or holding back in key moments

  • You want to strengthen how you lead and how you’re seen as a leader

  • You’re ready to invest in yourself, not just your job

  • You want support that challenges you, stretches you, and helps you grow

What you'll get by the end

By the end of our six months together, my intention is that you walk away with:

  • A deeper sense of self-belief and trust in your leadership

  • Clearer understanding of where you’re heading in your career

  • Stronger presence, influence, and voice at work

  • A personal brand that reflects the true value you bring

  • And most importantly - the feeling that you are ready for what’s next

WHY THIS WORKS

I don’t just teach leadership, personal branding and career progression - I’ve lived it.

I’ve built a career as a leader in corporate HR from the very beginning. Three months into my first HR role, I stepped up as a team leader and within six months, it was made permanent (at 23). Over the years, I’ve led departments, created roles specifically so I could step into them/or lead them and worked at a General Manager level (General Manager for Organisational Development - my bread and butter - always development + growth). My personal brand and leadership impact were so strong that my last three positions? I didn’t even apply - I was poached by people I had previously worked with who knew my capability and wanted me on their teams. My first paying coaching client was someone I had crossed paths with at an organisation 10 years earlier - she remembered my leadership impact and reached out to work with me.

I combine this lived leadership experience with formal expertise:

12+ Years in Human Resources

Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management

Dare to Lead training in Brené Brown’s research on courage, vulnerability and daring leadership

Kemi Nekvapil’s POWER Framework (Kemi is one of Australia's leading executive coaches)

Award Winning Coach

This means when I work with you, you’re not just getting theory - you’re getting someone who knows what it takes to be seen, heard and recognised at every level of corporate leadership. You’ll benefit from proven strategies, real-world experience and frameworks I’ve applied personally to move confidently into leadership roles while staying grounded, aligned and visible.

When you work with me, you’ll gain clarity, confidence and the ability to lead from authenticity, supported by tools, frameworks and coaching that work for the realities of corporate life - not just in theory.

WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING AFTER WORKING WITH ME

NOT SURE WHAT'S REALLY HOLDING YOU BACK?

Sometimes the biggest thing standing between where you are and where you want to be isn’t capability.

It’s what’s happening in your mind.

Self-doubt.
Imposter complex.
Fear of getting it wrong.
Perfectionism that keeps you overthinking every move.

These patterns are incredibly common for capable women in leadership - but they often go unnoticed because on the outside, everything still looks like you’re doing well.

That’s exactly why I created this quiz.

This short quiz (2 minutes) will help you uncover the mindset pattern most influencing how you show up at right now.

You’ll discover whether your biggest blocker is:

The Self-Doubter

The Imposter

The Comparer

The People-Pleaser

The Perfectionist

…and more importantly, what that might be costing you in your leadership (and let's be honest - life!).

Because once you understand what’s actually driving your hesitation, you can start shifting it.

AFTER THE QUIZ YOU WILL RECEIVE:

Insight into the mindset pattern shaping your leadership + a breakdown of how it might be showing up at work.

Think of it as a powerful first step toward leading with more confidence, clarity and self-trust.
