Before becoming a coach, I spent 10+ years in HR and leadership roles, including as a GM of Organisational Development. On paper, I looked successful.
But internally? I spent far too much time in my head. Overthinking. People-pleasing. Constantly looking outside myself for reassurance, validation and proof I was doing a good job.
I became incredibly good at adapting to what was expected of me but not always staying connected to myself in the process.
Working with a coach changed that. Not because I suddenly became louder, more polished or fearless. But because I stopped relying on feeling confident from external validation and started trusting myself more fully.
That shift changed everything. Now? I help other corporate women leaders experience the same thing.
