We focus on quieting the mental noise and activating your internal authority. You’ll practise trusting your instincts, making decisions confidently and taking ownership of your leadership choices.
Leadership Identity
Here, you explore who you are as a leader, your values, strengths and patterns. You clarify how you want to show up, so your presence is aligned with the leader you aspire to be - not someone else’s idea of leadership.
Ownership in Action
This is where clarity meets practice. You apply your confidence and leadership identity to real situations at work, stepping fully into your role without hesitation and seeing the impact ripple to those around you.
Embodied Leadership
You integrate your growth so it becomes second nature. Your leadership presence, personal brand and influence are undeniable - showing up as yourself, consistently and authentically, without overthinking.
This is a six-month, 1:1 coaching experience.
We meet for six 90-minute sessions, one per month. These longer sessions give us the space to dig deep, challenge the thinking that might be holding you back and create practical steps you can apply immediately in your role.
At the start, we will set powerful goals that will guide our time together. The experience is personalised to you, meeting you where you are and helping you move through these phases at your own pace.

I don’t just teach leadership, personal branding and mindset - I’ve lived it.
I built my career as a leader in corporate HR from the very beginning. Three months into my first HR role, I stepped up as a team leader, and within six months, the role became permanent. Over the years, I’ve led departments, created roles to step into them and worked at a General Manager level in Organisational Development - my bread and butter, always focused on growth, impact and developing people.
My leadership presence and personal brand were so strong that my last three positions weren’t even roles I applied for - I was poached by people I had previously worked with, who knew my capability and wanted me on their teams. My first paying coaching client reached out because she remembered the impact I had as a leader, even 10 years earlier.
