IS THIS YOU?

From the outside, things probably look like they're going well.

You’ve built a solid career. You’re respected in your role. People trust you and rely on you to get things done.

But internally, it doesn’t always feel as clear or confident as it might appear.

There are moments where you question yourself more than you’d like.

Where you hesitate before speaking up.

Where you quietly wonder what the next step in your career should actually be and how you’re meant to get there.

You care deeply about doing good work.

You want to lead well.

You know you have more potential in you.

But something still feels a little… stuck. You might recognise yourself here:

  • You know you're capable of more but feel stuck between where you are and what’s next

  • Your confidence wobbles more than you'd like

  • You spend too much time overthinking what to say or how you'll be perceived

  • You're known as the reliable one who gets things done - but you're exhausted

  • You want to step into bigger opportunities but aren't sure how to position yourself for them

You're not lacking capability.
You're navigating the invisible pressures many women in leadership face.

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Many capable women reach a point in their career where they realise that working harder isn’t necessarily the answer anymore.

What’s often needed instead is clarity, confidence and the courage to start owning the leader you’re becoming.

HEY, I'M SARAH

And I’m deeply passionate about helping capable women in corporate step into the leader they know they’re ready to become.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than a decade building my own career in Human Resources and leadership roles - working my way up to General Manager level and leading teams along the way.

I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate the corporate world as a woman who is capable, driven and ambitious… but also quietly questioning herself at times.

The pressure to perform.

The overthinking before speaking up.

The feeling of knowing you’re ready for more, but not always being sure how to get there.

That lived experience is exactly what shapes the work I do today.

My coaching blends professional training, leadership development and real world corporate insight to help women strengthen their mindset, leadership presence and personal brand so they can step confidently into their next level.

Because when you truly own who you are, how you lead and the value you bring - everything shifts.

WHY WOMEN WORK WITH ME

Because I don’t believe leadership growth comes from pretending we have it all together.

The most powerful transformations happen in spaces that are honest, human and grounded in real life.

My coaching style is direct, supportive and deeply reflective.

I’ll challenge you when it matters, hold space when it’s needed and help you see yourself more clearly than you might be able to right now.

Because the truth is - the leader you want to become is already there.

Sometimes she just needs the right support to step forward.

NOT SURE WHAT'S REALLY HOLDING YOU BACK?

Sometimes the biggest thing standing between where you are and where you want to be isn’t capability.

It’s what’s happening in your mind.

Self-doubt.
Imposter complex.
Fear of getting it wrong.
Perfectionism that keeps you overthinking every move.

These patterns are incredibly common for capable women in leadership - but they often go unnoticed because on the outside, everything still looks like you’re doing well.

That’s exactly why I created this quiz.

This short quiz (2 minutes) will help you uncover the mindset pattern most influencing how you show up at right now.

You’ll discover whether your biggest blocker is:

The Self-Doubter

The Imposter

The Comparer

The People-Pleaser

The Perfectionist

…and more importantly, what that might be costing you in your leadership (and let's be honest - life!).

Because once you understand what’s actually driving your hesitation, you can start shifting it.

AFTER THE QUIZ YOU WILL RECEIVE:

Insight into the mindset pattern shaping your leadership + a breakdown of how it might be showing up at work.

Think of it as a powerful first step toward leading with more confidence, clarity and self-trust.

She spoke on ‘unleashing your main character energy’, breaking down the concepts of confidence, visibility, and authenticity for women in business in a relatable and actionable way, and that was very much on-point for my members.
