HEY, I'M SARAH

I’m deeply passionate about helping capable women in corporate leadership stop doubting themselves, untangle overthinking and fully own and dominate their role.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than a decade building my own career in Human Resources and leadership roles - working my way up to General Manager and leading teams along the way.

I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate the corporate world as a woman who is capable, driven and ambitious… but also quietly questioning herself at times:

• The pressure to perform.

• The overthinking before speaking up.

• The uncertainty about what leadership really looks like in action.

That lived experience is exactly what shapes the work I do today.
